Elon Musk has Created a Submarine after the last week event in thailande , a youth soccer team found itself trapped in the Tham Luang complex after heavy monsoon rains flooded the area. The soccer team and their 25 year old coach have been stuck in the caves for nearly 2 weeks.
As of right now, Eight out of the Twelve team members have been safely brought out of the cave with the Coach still in the cave along with three other players.
While this operation continues, Elon Musk has been creating different strategies to help aid in the effort to get these players out faster. On Saturday, Musk decided a submarine would be the most efficient way to accomplish this task. Now this creation is not the one you’d expect to see, It was tiny sized one with the liquid oxygen transfer tube of a falcon rocket as the hull. The Space-X CEO and other Space-X engineers began building this submarine Saturday as well.
On Sunday, Musk tweeted about the completion of the submarine “Testing for 3 more hours in LA, then it’s on a plane to Thailand”. He also posted photos along with a video of the test.
Musk tweeted out a different use for the submarine “With some mods, this could also work as an escape pod in space”.
